The complete terms governing your use of the WinnipegFalls free social entertainment platform.
Last updated: June 5, 2026
The WinnipegFalls Platform is a free social entertainment service. All in-Platform currency ("virtual credits") is simulated and fictional. Virtual credits have absolutely no monetary value. They cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for goods, services, or real-world currency of any kind. There is no mechanism on this Platform — hidden or otherwise — that would allow you to convert virtual credits into anything of economic value.
WinnipegFalls is not a real-money service, is not a financial institution, does not hold funds on your behalf, and does not operate under any provincial or federal gaming licence. Our column entertainment experience uses visual and mechanical formats that may resemble real-money entertainment but is categorically and legally different from it. By using this Platform you acknowledge and confirm that you understand this distinction.
If you are in any doubt about whether a service you are using involves real money, please close it and contact the provider directly. If you believe you have been misled into using a real-money service, contact the relevant provincial gaming regulator immediately.
Access to WinnipegFalls is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This restriction applies regardless of the jurisdiction in which you are located. If you are under 18, you must not access, view, or interact with any content on this Platform.
By confirming the age gate on this Platform, you are declaring under good faith that you are at least 18 years old. WinnipegFalls does not independently verify your age — we rely on self-declaration, consistent with Canadian free-entertainment platform standards. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user we have reasonable cause to believe may be under 18.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access this Platform. We recommend using parental-control software if minors regularly use shared devices.
WinnipegFalls does not constitute gaming or gambling under the Criminal Code of Canada (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) or under any provincial gaming act, including the Gaming Control Act of Ontario, the Draw Act of Quebec (Loi sur les loteries), or the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act of Alberta. Our service is a free entertainment application — it does not accept stakes, pay out prizes, or offer any consideration of monetary value.
Nothing on this Platform should be interpreted as encouraging or facilitating real-money play. If you are seeking a licensed real-money entertainment platform, please use a provincially licensed service as listed by your provincial gaming regulator.
You agree not to use the WinnipegFalls Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms of Fun. Specifically, you must not:
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Platform if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or engaged in behaviour that is harmful to other users or to the Platform's integrity. Because we operate no account system, such restriction would be applied via IP-based or device-based access controls.
All content on the WinnipegFalls Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, holographic column symbols, the WIN PORTAL BONUS ROOM mechanics implementation, the visual design, CSS animations, and JavaScript game engine, is the intellectual property of WinnipegFalls Entertainment Inc. or its licensed contributors, and is protected under the Copyright Act of Canada (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42).
You may view and interact with this content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform's content without our prior written consent.
Bootstrap 5.3.0 is used under the MIT Licence. The Exo 2, Orbitron, and Inter font families are used under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1. Google Analytics is used under its standard Terms of Service. These third-party components retain their own intellectual property protections.
The WinnipegFalls Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We do not warrant that any virtual credit balance displayed to you is accurate or permanent — virtual credits are simulated and may be lost if you clear your browser storage.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Canadian law, WinnipegFalls Entertainment Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid WinnipegFalls in the preceding twelve months. Because the Platform is free, that amount is zero. This limitation reflects the nature of a free service and is consistent with Canadian consumer protection law as applied to entertainment platforms that charge no fees.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Shield and our Cookie Log, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read those documents carefully. In summary: we collect minimal data, we do not sell your data, and you can adjust cookie preferences at any time.
We are committed to responsible free-play entertainment. Our Play Wisely page lists resources available to Canadians who feel their relationship with any form of gaming entertainment has become unhealthy. We encourage you to read it. The Manitoba Problem Gambling Helpline is reachable at 1-800-463-1554, free of charge, 24 hours a day.
These Terms of Fun are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to any choice-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts of the Province of Manitoba, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Fun at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will display a notice on the Platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
If you do not agree to any revision of these terms, your sole recourse is to stop using the Platform. We will not notify individual users of changes by email because we do not collect email addresses.
